[webproducers] Re: anyone know Outlook?

Thanks Greg! I've been hunting around like crazy. The nice folks at
Freelists are aware of this problem and said the only solution is to change
to a different e-mail client but unfortunately that's not an option for many
people and espeically when this list is the only problem area for me.
Apparently there is a way lists can be configured to accomodate Outlook but
they do not do this because it's only for Outlook and all other e-mail
clients handle it correctly and I'm assuming it could impact the other
e-mail clients.

If anyone knows of a way to handle this let me know.
Arrrgh.

Oh. Then, yeah, my info completely doesn't apply. Sorry about that.

I'll hunt around for some possible answers. If I find anything I'll repost.

Hi Greg,

I must not have explained my problem correctly because that didn't fix it.
The problem I'm having is with incoming mail from the list. What's happening
is that Outlook is reading the incoming header and placing the "sender" info
where the "from" info should be. In other words when you posted your message
to the list instead of it indicating that the message was from you it drops
in the info from the "sender" field which is the webproducers list. What
ultimately happens is that the list can't handle it and tries to bounce it
and the Freelists people told me that could cause a mail loop and bounced
messages and if there are too many then subscribers start getting
automatically unsubscribed.

This is the mangled address
