I think it sounds silly. I have no idea why HSN would get so worked up about 
this, unless he didn't do the great work he says he did, or if there was some 
sort of non-disclosure between Rapidigm and HSN. Coincidentally, I worked for 
Rapidigm at that time and worked on the pitch to HSN, but I don't remember any 
particulars about NDAs.
