Online Producer
Serves as day-to-day point of contact for internal production clients,
including project management teams and editorial staff.
Works with internal clients and stakeholders to define web project
objectives, scope, and specifications.
Maintains web production schedule, sets project timelines, and ensures the
accuracy, quality, and completion of all content projects.
Manages production and approval process via established workflows.
Ensures that all appropriate internal approvals for content have been made.
May oversee the tasks of junior production staffers.
Job Qualifications
Ability to function independently, work in a team environment, manage
multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
Three to five years¿ professional experience in web/interactive project
management and/or content management.
Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, expectation
management, and diplomacy skills.
Experience working with editorial content (especially medical content) a
plus.
Proficient in HTML and Photoshop; familiarity with XML, DHTML and JavaScript
a plus.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies
