Subject: [webproducers] Video Compression -- Software and More...

Hello,=20
One of my clients gave me some AVI files to post on their website. =
However,
these files are upwards of 50 megabytes. Clearly, there is no way I can =
post
them online.=20

I don=B9t currently own any software to compress or prepare video files =
for
the web. In fact I have limited knowledge of the process.

The client transferred the video themselves from VHS to CD to save =
money.

Can anyone recommend (a) resources to learn about the process of posting
video footage online (b) recommend software to compress or prepare AVI =
or
any digital video files for the web.

Any insight is greatly, greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks.=20
