[webproducers] Re: Technical Producer question

Ok, that makes sense.  So basically someone who is on a small team and does
the technical buildouts, while also gathering requirements AND working with
the customer (whether it be internal or external) AND managing the progress
would be considered a 'technical producer'?
Sorry for the rehashing, I just want to be better able to position myself in
my quest.
