I have done a lot of reading on http://www.searchengines.com/ and have found it
all to sound accurate and helpful...and not like they're trying to suck money
out of me for tricks that actually do not work.
Step 1 is pretty much "no tricks". Follow their advice on structure, wording,
submissions, etc.
What I tell my clients is that I will do what I can to structure the site to
help, but it will take time for engines to catalogue them. If they want to
invest the time and money into jettisoning themselves into the high ranks, then
I can refer them.
In short...it's a major pain.
