[webproducers] Re: Resourcing the development team

I recommend Basecamp. We (17FEET) use Basecamp for all of our projects 
religiously because it's flexible enough to make changes on the fly and other 
users can do the same. It's not as robust as some other PM tools, but what 
Basecamp lacks in robustness, it makes up in simplicity and convenience.

U hold exactly the same position and utilize the giant whiteboard  
method. It is extremely easy to keep up to date along with keeping the  
production team and the account team up to date on who is doing what.
