Depends on what you're worth. We see ranges from USD $40 - 350/hr. 
Typically, the range is USD $50 - 175/hr.
You should charge what your worth, what the market supports, and what 
your clients are willing to pay. Take a look at AIGA and Aquent for pay 
rate samples. Aquent.com has a great PDF document that helps you set 
your pay scale based on experience and type of work.
