[webproducers] Rate per hour

Hi guys/girls,

Just a quick question. I've been in advertising/marketing for about 9 years. 
The last five years in the online space as a content manager and producer (web 
dev/online marketing). Thinking about going freelance. What type of rate should 
I charge ?
