Evan,

Here are some free open-source options. Given that you're using
this for a small biz (6 employees), as stated, they won't cost you
a dime. All you need is someone knowledgeable in setting either of
these up on your company's server.

By the way, each site has a functional demo set up that you can
play with to see what you'd be working with. Hope it helps.
