[webproducers] Prepackaged Intranet Sites

Greetings: 
I have a client who is looking for a prepackaged, web-based, Intranet
solution, something similar to Intranets.com. The client is looking for a
solution that offers the following functionality:

Calendars
Contact List
Message Board or List Serv
Comprehensive Search Engine

I did a Google search for Intranets but I was, frankly, disappointed with
the outcome. 

I¹m wondering if anyone can suggest a web-based solution that offers the
above, is somewhat customizable, and is user-friendly.
