[webproducers] PT Opps: Web Design / Dev

We get lots of projects both large and small where we need extra
design help and I'm putting together a list of folk we can reach out
to when needed. If you'd like to be on it, please get in touch with
links to projects/portfolios/etc.

What you'd be doing:  Working as a member of a small core team where
versatility, creativity and ownership are prized traits.  Combining
the disciplines of design, usability, and development to create and
iterate over intuitive, flexible, simple, and functional apps. =96 What
you should know and have: An arsenal of coding skills in XHTML, CSS,
and Javascript-fu. Maybe a even a little Flash.  Experience designing
and developing with and for Ruby on Rails apps. That's mostly what we
build (and have been since 2005). Working examples of applications for
which you played a significant part in shaping.
