[webproducers] PHP developer

Hi All,

I'm in the hunt for some programming resources. Does anyone have a  
line on a solid PHP programmer who is available on a project basis?  
More specifically, I'd like to get someone with KickApps integration  
experience using PHP or .NET. Any help is appreciated.
