To accommodate the influx of new clientele and the recent expansion of our

The Associate Director of Program Management works closely with the Director
of Program Management to lead and motivate the Program Management team,
enabling them to achieve outstanding results. The Associate Director of
Program Management is assigned members of the PM team for whom they are
directly responsible. They must monitor the quality of program execution and
provide expert guidance on project management and personnel performance. The
Associate Director of Program Management supports Business Development
efforts, scoping, sizing and pricing programs. They also manage the
projects, programs and client relationships to which they are assigned.

Essential Functional duties (most important parts of job):

Associate Directors of Program Management train, develop and review PM team
members, helping them reach their maximum potential. They collaborate with
discipline leads and General Managers on resource planning and allocation
across projects. They manage projects and programs. They are a key
contributor to account planning. They insure accuracy for studio billing via
weekly and monthly reporting to the finance department and executive team.
Associate Directors of Program Management are expected to make a
contribution in the definition and refinement of the Program Management
discipline's methods and processes. 


 


Requirements


Qualifications:

.         7+ years program management experience 

.         Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred 

.         Previous experience in a client services organization 

.         Previous personnel management experience 

.         Candidates are expected to demonstrate experience managing
complex, multi-location and multi-discipline projects 

.         Excellent understanding of product design, software or digital
media development, and brand strategy 

.         Experience and knowledge of design and design process 

.         Experience in account management and business development
practices 

.         Strong professional/academic credential including business
background 

.         Strong understanding of project accounting 

.         Experience with Business Software and Analysis Tools (SAP or other
ERP system a plus)
