[webproducers] Message boards

Hi Folks, 
I have a client who is looking to implement a message board. They are
willing to pay a small monthly fee; of course free would be ideal. The site
is mostly HTML with some basic ASP, which means it¹s probably hosted on a a
windows server, and Java Script. I¹m looking for a product or service that¹s
easy to implement, use, and manage.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a product or service that can provide
quality message boards?
