[webproducers] Re: Managing multi-person development teams

Agreed on all this.  Roles and responsibilities, clear expectation  
management, frequent reviews of what needs to be done along with what  
has been done with a critical eye towards identifying gaps, clear  
handoff points and frequent discussion and collaboration.

And don't forget content and assets. When you're doing the sitemap you  
probably want a matrix that's married to it showing each page and what  
content is expected there, where it's coming from and the status. For  
assets: what needs to be produced and who is doing it. Many a launch  
has ben delayed as a production artist sits there and redoes all the  
headers to a different spec.
