Project Producer 
There Inc.  
Menlo Park, CA

Summary 
The Project Producer coordinates the design, development and implementation of 
one or more There features. He or she will need to work closely with There's 
engineering, creative, production and operations teams, as well as teams 
associated with external partners.

Responsibilities 
  a.. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, artists, QA experts, and 
business people, all focused on shipping high-quality features on time. 
  b.. Manage resources to budget; ensure accurate tracking of all activities. 
  c.. Develop measurable learning objectives that can be matched to the 
technology and available resources. Lead the design of the product to meet 
those objectives, including data collection, data analysis and reporting. 
  d.. Lead play-testing efforts and design assessment strategies and tools. 
  e.. Provide ongoing status and assessment reports. 
Qualifications 
  a.. Two or more years of successful project management of commercial online 
games (massively multi-user persistent world experience preferred). The ideal 
candidate will be accomplished in all phases: requirements, design, 
development, creative production, quality assurance, and user-testing. 
  b.. Strong technical knowledge of real-time 3D technology and production, MMP 
architectures, development methods and operational issues. 
  c.. Familiarity with standard 2-D, 3-D and Internet scripting applications. 
  d.. Excellent management skills, especially in fluid, cross-matrixed 
environments. 
  e.. Strong customer focus with ability to respond rapidly to requests for 
information and for changing requirements. 
  f.. Excellent writing and verbal skills.
