1. Manager of the Integration team.

This is for a lead technical engineer - responsible for integrating our 
standard products with our customers e-commerce systems. Will manage a small 
team of 3-4 resources. This is a hands-on role with team leadership 
responsibilities.

Requires the following skills:

· Strong programming skills - must be an ace programmer in ASP, Flash, XML, 
SQL. Must have 5-7 years in web technology.
· Deep exposure to MS technology - IIS, MS SQL, ASP, Access
· Leadership skills - will lead a team of 3-4 programmers; will assign work, 
follow up on progress, and mentor
· ?Inventor? mentality - thinking outside of the box to come up with new 
ways to create solutions and solve problems

Must take our programming test to begin interview process.


2. Integration Resources
Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with ASP, Javascript, Actionscript, SQL (other server-side 
technologies a plus)
Strong understanding of cross-browser and platform coding requirements in 
HTML
Graphic design experience and knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a 
plus
High attention to detail / ability to check and test own work
Good communications skills, strong sense of accountability and ability to 
meet deadlines
Experience with ActionScripter for Object-oriented ActionScript 1.0 (Flash 
Player 6) web application project required.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients and projects

Must take our programming test to begin interview process.
