[webproducers] Re: Interview Questions for Web Producer/PM Job

Matt,
My advice to you is be prepared to review your portfolio of projects, and be
prepared to discuss the challenges and problems you faced, and how you
solved those problems/challenges.  Moreover, you want to be able to
illustrate how you have delivered projects that met or exceeded
customer/constituent goals while coming in on time and within budget; and,
if not, why not.
When I interview prospective project managers/producers, I look for
candidates that can convey the project goals and specifics about project
milestones.
