Hi everyone, my group is looking for an Interactive producer. Please see

Rodale, Inc is seeking an Interactive Producer in our Subscription
Services group based in our NY office.  This group is responsible for diet
and fitness websites such as www.biggestloserclub.com and
www.sugarsolutiononline.com.

This is a long term temporary position with possibility of permanent
employment. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Interactive
Producer experience. We're searching for well-rounded managers with
experience running project cycles for:

* Banner campaigns
* Email campaigns
* Re-solicitation and Re-marketing campaigns
* Microsite development
* Site maintenance

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are
delivered on time and within budget and quality required.

Responsibilities:

* Scheduling of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks

* Tracking costs throughout project lifecycles * Coordinating with team
members to monitor ongoing progress

* Monitor and control project risks

* Make adjustments to schedule when necessary

* Gathering and understanding goals, requirements, and specifications from
marketing team

* Providing concise and appropriate written project documentation

* Manage external resource and source additional resources when necessary

* Assisting with QA and providing final check for project deliverables
including legal approval and image rights clarification

* Managing marketing team expectations and communication flow

* Provide production support to the editorial team

* Maintain asset library for our various products


Requirements:

* Minimum requirements include 2 to 4 years as interactive project manager
or producer.

* Ability to manage projects in an autonomous manner from initiation
through completion

*  Basic knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and Flash

* Experience managing multiple projects and brands in parallel

* Strong organizational skills

* Good written and verbal communication skills
