[webproducers] Integrated Production

Hi everyone,
Currently at my agency I'm working on a integrated production process, 
essentially how a broadcast producer and digital producer worker together 
efficiently during an integrated campaign. Mapping the production schedule so 
that assets can be shared, aligning the schedules so that all elements launch 
on time etc..

I have my own ideas but I'm wondering how others do it - is their a model out 
there? Any help would be great.
