[webproducers] Re: 'How does creating accessible websites impact on the project life"

it would just require more planning, dev time and QA time since you
need to design with accessibility in mind and test it. hence, the
project cycle might be longer in some aspects and it may affect cost as
well since additional resources might be needed to be compliment.
