OVERVIEW:
The Hired Guns is seeking an Interactive Project Manager (PM) for a
month-long project with our client, an Interactive Ad Agency. 

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of interactive advertising
agency experience, preferably as a Project Manager or Associate Project
Manager with at least 3-6 years of PMing and/or Producing experience.
Experience with online advertising and site development are a must for this
gig. 

In this role, you would be responsible for delivering a completed project
(whether it be a banner campaign, site development, or online game) on time,
on specification, on budget and with complete documentation. You will manage
the project from kick-off to post mortem, working with the client and
AccountManagement to clarify program design and details. 

Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing all project timelines and budgets. Tracking
projectcosts, throughout project lifecycle, and reconciling estimates to
actuals on all projects. 
* Coordinating with other team members to monitor ongoing progress, making
adjustments when required, pro-actively identifying project issues/problems,
assisting in issue/problem resolution and providing project updates. 
* Gathering technical and other specifications from client and/or account
management. Providing concise and appropriate written specifications on
inputs, outputs, internal processes, as well as quality assurance measures
tothe appropriate functional groups. 
* Assisting with QA and providing final check for project deliverables
* Managing client expectations and communication flow as relate to project
scope and the internal project team. 
* Developing and managing relationships with third party vendors,
freelancers, and other appropriate partners. 

Requirements: 
1. Minimum requirements include 3 to 6 years as interactive project manager
and/or interactive producer. 
2. Ability to manage projects in a fully competent, autonomous manner from
initiation through completion.
3. Solid understanding of online analytics, creative development, and
internet technology implementation. 
4. Comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in the interactive
industry including but not limited to e-mail, web development, and all-line
analytics
5. Experience with MS Project & Visio 
6. Experience writing Statement of Work (SOWs) documents, functional
specification documents, wireframes, and developing project plans. 
7. Familiarity with full scope account management including strategy, design
and implementation
