[webproducers] Freelancer rates

Hey,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a current index of
freelancer rates?  I just finished up at the fantabulous
Parsons MFADT program, and am wondering what hourly rate I
should be asking for a new pew project. (small Flash site)

Also, where exactly is Fez again?
