A small web development company is looking for a freelancer: an experienced 
project manager, who 
1. Possesses excellent communications and writing skills 
2. Detail oriented 
4. Flexible
5. Extremely responsible and organized
6. Problem solver
7. Has knowledge of web development processes and Content Management Systems
8. Familiar with web development technologies, has a solid understanding of 
front-end technologies, browser compatibility issues.
9. HTML and basic Photoshop skills are required. Microsoft Project is a plus
10. Bilingual candidate is preferred (Russian, Spanish)
