[webproducers] Email Service Providers and CPM rates

While we're on the topic of 3rd party email vendors, does anyone have a scope
of CPM rates for these email service providers? We're currently renegotiating
our terms with one of the bigger ESPs and wanted to get a sense of what folks
typically paid for a projected yearly volume of between 15-30 million sends.
Any assistance you can provide is most appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Xavier
