Description : Minimum of five years supervisory experience managing a
development team and 8+ years related technology experience. J&J
experience a plus. Strong technology skills in Web application
development tools and technologies such as: HTML, ASP, JAVA, JavaScript,
VBScript, XML, DHTML. Experience with ATG Dynamo, Documentum a plus. -
Demonstrated knowledge of technical concepts and issues surrounding Web
development, development lifecycle methodologies, EAI, RDMS Development
(Oracle, SQL-Server) etc.- Ability to quickly adapt knowledge base to
changing technologies and business environments.- Experience in managing
complex development efforts a must. Superior experience in
Program/Project Management and in all phases of system development
lifecycle from requirements gathering to quality assurance to
deployment.- Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes;
experience in the healthcare industry a plus.- Demonstrated strong oral,
written and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to articulate
complex issues in a clear and compelling way to busines leaders and
high-level IM Executives required.- Must have demonstrated stong
problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple objectives in
a rapidly changing environment.- Experience managing and developing
associates skills. Pioneering Web Development projects with the highest
degree of visibility.
