If you plan to set an auto reply "away" or "out of office" message,  
kindly remember to set your WPO list  subscription to "vacation mode"  
to avoid sending out of offices messages to the list.

Ways To Set Vacation Mode

- Web form  http://webproducers.org/join.html - use pull down and  
select select set vacation
- E-mail me off list and ask me to do it for you
- Send e-mail to webproducers-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the  
following as the subject "vacation" or " vacation  
[<duration>]"   (don't use the " ")

  Ideally this should not happen but there are so many variables with  
mail clients and and configurations for the list serve.

Be sure to trim your posts and delete personal information such as
telephone numbers if you do not want them in the public web archive.
