[wdmaudiodev] Signing requirements for APOs

Hi everyone,
The "Custom Audio Effects in Windows Vista" document states that
unsigned APOs will not load unless the DisableProtectedAudioDG flag is
not set. Does that mean the APO itself needs to be signed with a valid
code-signing certificate, or does the CAT file from the driver package
need to be signed with the WHQL certificate after passing all the DTM
tests? (Or both?)
Thanks,
Jeff
