[wdmaudiodev] HCT, Mixer Tests, and digital-only interfaces

The device I'm working on has no controls to automate, so the mixer 
doesn't appear, and if you click the volume control you get the 
software-only mixer controls. However, this must be wrong because I'm 
failing the mixer tests.

My topology contains:
  - One miniport with two device-specific nodes (so that portcls won't 
crash on me)
  - one topology with d/a and a/d nodes, which is actually not 
representative of the actual topology. Is this the problem?

This also seems to cause problems in some of the other tests that want 
to adjust the mixer. Ideas? Please help!
