PAINTED CHURCHES FIELD TRIP

 The field trip to the Painted Churches in the Schulenburg area is scheduled 
for Saturday, October 29.  We will go as a group and we will have a guide to 
show us the features of each of the churches.  The cost of the trip will be $10 
per person plus a gratuity for the guide (Guides are volunteers; they are not 
paid by the Chamber of Commerce).  

The tour will start at the Schulenburg Chamber of Commerce Building, 618 N. 
Main Street in Schulenburg.  We need to be there by 10:00 am.  We can travel as 
a group from Victoria, or you can meet us in Schulenburg.  We will need to 
leave Victoria by about 8:00 am.  The tour should take about 4 hours.  We will 
break in the middle for a Dutch treat lunch at Frank’s Restaurant at Hwy 77 and 
I-10 in Schulenburg. 

Flash and tripods will be allowed in the churches.
