Hi list,

In addition to Daniel's visual-mode patch, I just pushed out the
following rather small ones:

1. Playlists with unsaved changes are now shown both bold and have
their names preceded with a '+' in the library window. This mimcs the
way vim shows file/buffer names when there are multiple tabs. Also,
"bold" in curses can be fickle, and knowing which playlists have
unsaved changes is important.

2. As you may have seen yesterday, only the current row in the active
window is now drawn with reverse-colors. This helps keep straight
what window is active. To compensate, there is a new colorable item
called 'current-inactive', which one can use to either mimic the old
behavior or use any color pair desired.

3. Updated the man page with all the new goodies.

As always, comments/questions and testing welcome.

-Ryan
