Peter You need to go into control panel, and select midi yoke from there. If I remember rightly, you are running xp. Go into control panel, and select MYokeN. You'll find all settings there. You need two midi ports, one for routing hardware transmisions, and the other for routing stuff back to the display. Give us a shout if for some reason this doesn't work. Best, David. -----Original Message----- From: visurfacereader-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:visurfacereader-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Bosher Sent: 27 June 2012 16:39 To: visurfacereader@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [visurfacereader] MIDI Yoke Hi All, I've made a little progress, in that I am now running Sonar and the FW1884 in Mackie Control mode, but I still need to set up the virtual MIDI cables. I downloaded MIDI Yoke and ran the installer, but it doesn't show up in Programmes or in the Programme files folder. The instructions below the download link very helpfully tell you to ignore all the other installation instructions on the website and just run the installer. Elsewhere on the site it tells you to run the Add-Hardware wizzard, using "have disk", but where are the drivers? Confused? So, what next?
