Yup, looks like the correct download to me. We're hoping that the final
installer will be a single .exe file instead of individual .msi files - if
we can manage this, we can bundle this component and this problem will be
sorted once and for all.

I think this is the link you need. Whip through the headings until you get
to Files in this download, then select the first X86file that you get to.
Download and install, then try re-installing Surface Reader.

Hi Tim/All,
I've only just twigged that I should be able to run and test Surface Reader
on my DAW with the FW1884, so I'm now trying to install and have hit my
first hurdle.
When I run the installer I get the following message:
"This installation package cannot be installed by
the Windows Installer service. You must install
a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows
installer service."
This is under Win XP 32-bit Service Pack 3 with all Windows updates, using
the 32-bit installer.
