[VISTA] GPO setting removes all programs

HI
 
I have the Admin Temples--> Start Menu and Task bar --> Remove common
program groups from start menu.
This removes all the preinstalled applications from the Start menu I
also have the most set to classic.
 
The issue I'm having is when I install an application like Adobe Reader
I cant get it to appear in the start -> Programs in the start menu. I
nave tried manually copying the icon into the users profile after they
have logged on but this settings seems to just block everything I'm I
going to have to re think the way I'm am tying down the PC.
