Hi,
Does anyone know of or have any suggestions for adaptive ph meters and
dehydrators? I have a client who makes hot sauce for a living. He needs to be
able to check the ph level of the product. I have to admit at this point I
have no idea how this is done other than he said with a meter. I am hoping for
suggestions before I meet with him again.
