Braille Institute has a sizable inventory of our popular Sound Solutions
cassette tapes that we are making available free of charge to agencies who
would like to offer them as a resource to their own adult clients. The
14-cassette Sound Solutions series was professionally produced, and presents
practical information, resources and encouragement using creative scripts,
testimonials, sound effects, music and humor--almost like an old time radio
show--that keeps the audience listening and learning. Each title touches on a
different aspect of coping with sight loss: how to use basic ILS skills,
kitchen safety and cooking tips, facts and myths of sight loss, and even one
for children titled, "What to Do When Grandma Can't See."

To see the complete list of titles and hear an audio preview of each one--visit
our website at:

http://www.brailleinstitute.org/recorded_media

The 14-tape set comes shrink-wrapped, with each cassette in it's own colorful
sleeve. You may order up to 50 sets. There are also limited quantities of
single tapes available. Please call 1-800-BRAILLE (272-4553), weekdays between
the hours of 9 am- 4 pm, PST to order yours.
