Subject: [visionexchange] Information for Vision Exchange 2012 Friday June 1st

Hello Everyone,
We have about 20 people coming to Vision Exchange this Friday.  There is still room for more.  If you would like to attend you are welcome just to show up at Covenant Village on Friday.   Lunch is only $5 and morning coffee will be provided for us thanks to the generosity of Covenant Village.
If you are coming, please note that there is road construction on Techny preventing eastbound travel.  You must approach Covenant Village from the west.  There is plenty of parking at Covenant Village.
Please come prepared with your “Elevator Speech”.  We will do 30 second introductions.  Please say your name, profession, and a bit about your vision loss support group such as meeting location, number of members, and/or how long you have been a part of it.
You are very welcome to come with business cards and/or promotional information about your support group or place of work to share with others.   We will have an information table to browse.  Please be sure to pick up the extras at the end of the day.   Vision Exchange attendees come from a wide range of professions and work at many places of interest to those of us who work with adults and older adults.  You never know what great new contact you will make or what services you will find.
See you soon!
