[visionegg] vertical syncing

Hello all,
I am currently unable to get vision egg to display information at 120fps,
despite the monitor claiming that it is updating at that rate. Vertical sync
is on (both on the VE interface and for the graphics card). My tech
department believes that the issue is that the computer is not talking well
with the graphics card. Has anyone successfully implemented v-sync with an
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS? (My display is a Sharp Aquos LED-backlit LCD
display, LC-32LE7000N)
