Hi James,
If you're using a version of Numeric other than 21, please de-install
(using the Windows Add/Remove programs if you installed it using the
Windows binary installer) and install Numeric 21. (This is part of the
instructions on the windows installation page.)
Hopefully that helps -- if it doesn't, please let us know.
