[visionegg] Re: installation under winXP

I have had no problems installing the Vision Egg on Windows 2000/XP or debian based linux machines. My first install on a Windows 2000 machine I followed this guide:

and it went without a hitch. Perhaps if you posted the results of

C:\Python22\<wherevertheEggis>\python check-config.py

we could see if you have a missing package or something holding back your install.

hi all,

i just discovered vision egg and decided to give it a try. i am a psychologist and interested in cross-platform programming, so i thought it would have fit my needs.
i downloaded the installation program and all the required programs in the windows install page. all the packages installed correctly, but when i tried to install visionegg i got an "installation failed" at the end.
the system i use is a windows XP with a NVIDIA graphic card.
probably the problem is very simple and i am just too stupid to figure it ut.. but can anybody help me?
