look at my code ,cited yesterday. But I now longer use visonegg, since I do
acoustic stimulation.
the important thing: the TTL pulse has to have a certain minimal length (couple
of ms)- check if the pulse from the scanner has this lenght. with VE no problem
to detect them on the parallel port
