[visionegg] Wrapped Text in VisionEgg

Hi,

I've created a module to display multi-line, wrapped text in VisionEgg 
programs. It's not well-tested, but I'm sharing it in hope of getting feedback. 
While there are things that could be coded better, this is definitely an 
improvement over the other methods I've been using to show participants 
instructions before beginning their experiments.

Please let me know how this breaks, and what can be done to make it better. If 
you happen to find this useful, that would be nice to know too.
