[visionegg] Purpose of OrthographicProjectionNoZClip

I modified my dot lattice experiment to use spheres instead of points,
and immediatly saw that the spheres were being clipped. So I changed
the projection to an instance of  OrthographicProjectionNoZClip, and
clipping was still occurring. So I used OrthographicProjection, and
manually specified the near and far clip planes. This works fine, but
I'm still curious what the purpose of the NoZClip variant is if it
still clips (I understand that you *have* to have clip planes for the
z buffer to work).
