[visionegg] Mac OS X 10.3 instructions updated on website

Dear all,

I have updated the website with some lightly tested instructions for installing the Vision Egg on Mac OS X 10.3 ("Panther"). As always, please send any corrections or suggestions -- it's the only way I have to know about your problems and hopefully fix them!

It seems that the Vision Egg runs fine on the new G5s!
