[visionegg] Installing visionegg on OS X

For those that have suffered, as I have, with the difficulty of
installing pygame (and thus visionegg) on a mac:
Suffer no more! It is now quite easy to install in EPD (or presumably
other distributions of python). But, if you do install with EPD, you
need to delete the libz files from:
/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/4.3.0/lib
They are non-fat, which crashes the build of pyobjc. After that,
though, easy_install works for pyobjc, pygame and visionegg (assuming
you have SDL installed, and you've fixed EPD such that it doesn't
block you from using easy_install with it's password-protected
repository - edit .enstallerrc in site-packages to do that).
I guess it's still not "easy," but it certainly takes less interaction
on my end!
