hello paul here is what i got back from spam fighter. Dear Vincent, SPAMfighter currently supports POP3 accounts in: * Outlook 2000(XP), 2002(XP), 2003, 2007 * Outlook Express * Windows Mail (not to be confused with Windows LIVE Mail) 32 bit only * ThunderbirdNote that Outlook 2000 and 2002 are not officially supported by Microsoft on Vista or Windows 7, hence SPAMfighter might not live up to its full potential. Remaining clients are fully supported.

Hi Vincent, I would suggest that you try reinstalling spamfighter again and make sure that you have no applications open at the time of installation. Either Norton or Macafee should have been disabled on the PC prior to the install of jaws or removed as I would do. "When nortons was installed it would not read the dialog screen i then uninstalledit and i could read it and then when i installed avast 5 i could not readit again. its ok for the moment i can manage it anyway." Insert your jaws disk and run a repair of jaws on the machine. After theinstall is complete, go into the jaws window then help menu and arrow downto check for updates. Hit enter and if an update to your jaws comes back to you, press the spacebar on it then hit spacebar on next to install that update.Leave avast on it if you still have it installed as it is not the problem." if you could tell me about spam fighter it would be great. i have downloaded it and installedit but it does not show in my windows live mail. i read through there webpage again and it says that it is compatable with windows 7 but further down the page it only says windows mail 32bit and nothing about windows live mail 64bit which i am using. can you advise please.I don't think that spamfighter should have an issue with your system being64 bit. In the list of folders in your live mail, is there a spamfighter folder?. Also if you route jaws to PC "jaws key + minus key on the numpadand then press numpad 9 to bring you up top of the inbox window. Here comedown with the numpad 2 and see if there is a spamfighter toolbar. You'll know it as it will have items on it such as "block, unblock etc." Paul. ******************************************************************** National Council for the Blind of Ireland (NCBI) is a company limited by guarantee (registered in Ireland No. 26293) .
