Susan, I hope this is my final on the subject for now at least. Consider also whether you would do better by using the BBC IPlayer instead of WebbIE? I know that by now it also is quite or most accessible. It may also be a better bet if you're keen on rerunning BBC TV programmes. Find a UK-based list and take up any queries you have about it (and WebbIE, too) there; as there are only one other or a few people on this list who can avail of all the features - especially the downloading of television programmes - from the BBC. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Flor Lynch" <florlync@xxxxxx> To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, May 22, 2009 12:05 AM Subject: [vip_students] Re: webbie Oh oops. Caught out again by that frequent mis-url thing. the correct WebbIE place is: www.webbie.org.uk ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Flor Lynch" <florlync@xxxxxx> To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, May 21, 2009 7:31 PM Subject: [vip_students] Re: webbie Susan, I can only suggest that you: uninstall your prevent WebbIE, i.e., remove/delete it; and download and re-install the Webbie that is up on www.webbie.co.uk I don't know if that'll cure the problem, but it is the best shot from where we are. Also, I previously suggested that you contact the WebbIE developer, in a message i sent you off list. Do that as well, and again if necessary. ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Susan Curry" <SusanCurry@xxxxxxx> To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 2:41 PM Subject: [vip_students] Re: webbie hi flor, yes, that is the version i have, but i am still having the problem of not being able to listen to tv programs. many thanks susan ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Flor Lynch" <florlync@xxxxxx> To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 10:57 AM Subject: [vip_students] Re: webbie > Susan, > > The latest version of WebbIE's BBC IPlayer Listen Again utility is (or > appears to be) > 3.04.0001. > > If you don't have the latest version of something in WebbIE, you will be > prompted to update. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Susan Curry" <SusanCurry@xxxxxxx> > To: <vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 10:03 AM > Subject: [vip_students] webbie > > > hi folks, > > does any one know the latest version of link for webbie bbc listen again > please? > best wishes > > susan > > > -- > I am using the free version of SPAMfighter. > We are a community of 6 million users fighting spam. > SPAMfighter has removed 1023 of my spam emails to date. > Get the free SPAMfighter here: http://www.spamfighter.com/len > > The Professional version does not have this message > > > > > > -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter.
