[vip_students] turning of computer

hi all on the list maybe someone can help me please. since i got broadband,
i am having difficulty in turning off my computer. i press windows key and
arrow up to turn off computer and enter, it then says standby and i arrow
down to turn off button and press enter. it goes through the motions of
turning off, the music and then unabailable but it automatically switches on
again. this is very frustrating so please can anyone help. Jenny
