Hi Susan,

The way I still do it and its probably old hat now but I usually copy the
contents of the email into a blank word document. From here I open up the
"search and replace" feature using keys, "control + Letter H". Now in the
search for edit box I place a greater than sign using keys, "shift + full
stop". If I were to tab once more I would be in an edit box asking what I
wish to replace the greater than sign with, I just leave this edit box
empty. Now I press keys, "left alt + letter A" and it will proceed to remove
any of the greater than signs. It will ask you if you really want to replace
them and you tab to okay.
Now you should be complete and you can then copy the cleaned up material
from the word document and place it back into an email if you wish or just
save as word document either.

Paul.
